Levaro Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

​In May 2023, Levaro opened our new adaptive rehabilitation center with over 270 square meters of well-equipped, air-conditioned gym space and two large private treatment rooms.
The largest of its kind in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area.
Who do we support?

Levaro Allied Health supports a large caseload of adult clients living with a wide range of physical and neurological disabilities, such as:

Who we are looking for:
​
-
Appropriate clinical experience in supporting people with a disability, in particular, those with a neurological condition.

Tertiary Qualification and AHPRA Registration (no restrictions)
-
A commitment to a client-centered approach
-
Excellent collaboration skills & demonstrated skills in working in partnership.

A commitment to the inclusion & participation of people who have a disability within their local & natural communities
-
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
-
A commitment to continued learning and development of new skills & capabilities

A commitment to using evidence as a basis for practice
-
Understanding the rights of people with a disability

Confidence to work independently as well as collaborate and contribute to our team

Must have a current driver's licence and willingness to drive as per role requirements

Must have a current national police check
-
Must have an NDIS worker screening check clearance
-
Be willing to provide a confirmation record of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations

We have an immediate start part-time position available for a Physiotherapist and also an Occupational Therapist in our growing team.
