Building Works Project Management

Where home modification works will cost over $30,000, the NDIS requires individuals to engage an independent NDIS-registered Building Works Project Manager (BWPM) for complex home modifications.

Our Project Manager Andrew Hungerford has over 20 years of experience in the property and building industry. When engaged Andrew can work with you and your Occupational Therapist regarding the design, approvals, documentation, and costing to the appointment of builders and suppliers.

Providing one point of contact for all stakeholders, the BWPM will monitor and communicate the project's progress and ensure the scope of works is completed to the guidelines. Ensuring that the project meets the client's expectations.
