Our experienced Exercise Physiologists (EP's) work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.
EP's and can provide clients with a customised exercise program, giving clients the tools and access to specialised equipment allowing them to exercise effectively.
Working with an accredited EP can assist people managing chronic health conditions and can help to improve quality of life.

In many cases clients living with illness and disability can use best practice exercise programs to assist in slowing the progression of symptoms and assist in n preventing secondary health concerns

Exercise Physiology 

Exercise Physiologists (EP's) are trained to help you be more active by improving your fatigue levels, coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and mental health.

Our EP's are passionate about positively improving your health and well-being in enjoyable and safe ways.

Our team recommends and helps implement regular exercise programs customised to your needs and focuses on making you feel safe and comfortable.

We can provide one-on-one support or collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
